The Triskelion Derby
May. 7th, 2011 11:33 pmGreetings, thralls! I, Provider One, now address you! Providers Two and Three join me in welcoming you to this, the first annual brain-cast of the Running of the Triskelion Derby!
Indeed, Provider One! Ever since the thrall named Kirk wagered with us for the end of the gladiatorial games, we have sought a new diversion to take its place! And what could suit our entertainment needs better than the pageant and tradition of a racing derby?
Or rather the beginnings of tradition, Provider Two! Although this is the first derby held on Triskelion, we are certain that it is to be the first of many! Thus, there shall be many firsts!
Provider Three states the truth! In many ways this derby shall diverge from the traditional forms, in some cases out of necessity…
Provider One speaks of our lack of terrestrial horses! But no matter; where physical contests are required, thralls may serve. Let's go down to the track!
