So, I have discovered that if you don't look too closely, a short length of fiberglass pipe insulation looks an awful lot like a roll of toilet paper. It has a white Kraft paper cover on the outside, and it's reinforced by a web of fibers underneath that kind of looks like the quilting on bathroom tissue. Also, the diameter of a piece of 1 1/2" thick insulation is very reminiscent of the diameter of a bogroll.

I cut several lengths of the stuff to the same length as a roll of toilet paper. Then I removed all the toilet paper from the men's restroom stalls in this building and replaced them with the fiberglass. I put the toilet paper rolls by the sink, so a person frustrated by his inability to wipe can shuffle out of the stall, see the fugitive bogroll, shuffle over to get it and shuffle back, all while desperately hoping that nobody comes in during this operation.

I am presently gleefully waiting for angry noises.

UPDATE: well, all I can say is that some people have no sense of humor.
